Weaverville
Weaverville, just north of Asheville, was named after John Weaver, who settled here in the 1800s, but its name also reflects the many artisans who have chosen this serene area to express their art. Weaverville is an easy choice because it is a quiet, quaint, mountain town with a main street easy to wander with great places to stop and “sit a spell.” With nearby hiking and cycling trails as well as its own entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Weaverville abounds in outdoor adventure. Unique eateries and cafés with a plethora of local brews make Weaverville a wonderful place to make a home to come home to.
